FAQ

Once registration is completed, a supply kit will be provided as part of our service. You will request your kit directly through your portal under the "Membership Page" tab. Once ordered we will ship the kits directly to you.

• You will enter the shipping address during the online checkout process and we will ship the kit directly to your school's mail room or your off-campus address.

• If you do not know the proper shipping address for your kit, please contact your school administration to find the best place to receive packages.

• Additional kits will be available for purchase directly from your portal as well. If you would like to purchase an additional kit, please click on the "+Add kit". From there you will be able to purchase as many bundles as you would like. Additional kits are $59.99 each.

• If a bundle is not needed, do not redeem it during Step 1.

• Supply kits will be shipped from a regional distribution center and will arrive within 3-5 business days of the date ordered.

• You will be able to track the shipping progress of your kit directly through your customer portal at www.rezmovers.com.

• We do not recommend ordering within 7 days of your pick-up. Even though we estimate 3-5 business days for shipping, delays can happen so please try to order it ASAP!

• If you think your supply kit may not arrive in time, remember that you can store any items you’d like, including your own boxes, bins, and suitcases. If you do need to order supplies, our suggestion would be overnight shipping from Amazon or a trip to your local hardware store.

While you are permitted to use your own boxes, RezMovers boxes are free and tend to be higher quality than most store-bought boxes. Our RezMovers boxes also have preprinted labels on the side for easy inventory.

If you choose to purchase your own box, pay careful attention to our labeling instructions.

One supply kit will be provided at no additional charge once the $59.99 registration is paid. The supply kit will include:

-5 Boxes (22x18x18)

-1 Roll of tape

-1 Sharpie

Our boxes were carefully designed with our customers' needs in mind. They are the optimal size to fit everything you need without injuring your back. Our boxes are 18"x18"x22" and have a built-in label on the side of each box.

Additional supply bundles are available for purchase directly through your online portal for $59.99 per bundle. We do ship this out as quickly as possible but we do not recommend ordering one if your move is approaching. We estimate a 3-5 day shipping time frame but logistical issues can always delay things. If you need additional boxes immediately, we recommend a local hardware store or Amazon for next day shipping!

Your complimentary supply kit will include:

• 5 Boxes (18"x18"x22") + the box that the boxes come in which can also be used for storage.

• 1 Roll of packing tape

• 1 Sharpie

-Supply kits are optional. You will have the opportunity to opt-out if one is not needed.

-Additional supplies, such as TV boxes and mattress bags, must be purchased separately.

-Additional kits will be available for $59.99 directly from your portal.

If you are living in campus housing, please confirm with your school administration the best place to receive packages. You will need to confirm and provide this address. RezMovers is not responsible for misdelivered supply kits due to customer error, so it is important to double-check the address before submission.

• If the supply kit does not include all of the items needed for your move you will need to purchase those on your own. RezMovers does not provide individual items such as mattress bags, TV boxes, or bubble wrap.

• Please remember, TVs need to be packed in a TV box (or the original box) and mattresses and mattress pads need to be stored in a mattress bag or any other protective bag. If these items are not stored properly, insurance coverage will be forfeited. We do suggest amazon or a local hardware store for those additional items.
