Once registration is completed, a supply kit will be provided as part of our service. You will request your kit directly through your portal under the "Membership Page" tab. Once ordered we will ship the kits directly to you. • You will enter the shipping address during the online checkout process and we will ship the kit directly to your school's mail room or your off-campus address. • If you do not know the proper shipping address for your kit, please contact your school administration to find the best place to receive packages. • Additional kits will be available for purchase directly from your portal as well. If you would like to purchase an additional kit, please click on the "+Add kit". From there you will be able to purchase as many bundles as you would like. Additional kits are $59.99 each. • If a bundle is not needed, do not redeem it during Step 1.

Our boxes were carefully designed with our customers' needs in mind. They are the optimal size to fit everything you need without injuring your back. Our boxes are 18"x18"x22" and have a built-in label on the side of each box.

Additional supply bundles are available for purchase directly through your member page for $59.99 per bundle. We do ship this out as quickly as possible but we do not recommend ordering one if your move is approaching. We estimate a 3-5 day shipping time frame but logistical issues can always delay things. If you need additional boxes immediately, we recommend a local hardware store or Amazon for next day shipping!

You will have the opportunity to opt-out if one is not needed. -Additional supplies, such as TV boxes and mattress bags, must be purchased separately. -Additional kits will be available for $59.99 directly from your portal.

If you are living in campus housing, please confirm with your school administration the best place to receive packages. You will need to confirm and provide this address. RezMovers is not responsible for misdelivered supply kits due to customer error, so it is important to double-check the address before submission.

• Supply kits will be shipped from a regional distribution center and will arrive within 3-5 business days of the date ordered. • We do not recommend ordering within 7 days of your pick- up. Even though we estimate 3-5 business days for shipping, delays can happen so please try to order it ASAP! • If you think your supply kit may not arrive in time, remember that you can store any items you'd like, including your own boxes, bins, and suitcases. If you do need to order supplies, our suggestion would be overnight shipping from Amazon or a trip to your local hardware store.
